[General Reception]

There will be no general reception for this meeting. There is no on-site registration, so only those who have registered in advance (until August 4th) should bring their "participation ticket" and come directly to the venue.

[Meeting Headquarters]

The meeting headquarters fill be located in the presentation room on the 1st floor of A1 Building.

[Baggage Storage Counter]

Baggage storage will not be provided at this meeting.

[Internet Access]

There is no internet facilities prepared for participants at the venue, so please be sure to prepare with yourself if you need it. If you have an eduroam account, you can connect to the wireless LAN. For information in locations where eduroam can be used, please refer to the website of Okayama University of Science "About the eduroam network"

[Cafeteria / Shops]

During the meeting period (September 6th to 8th) cafeterias and kiosk shops on the campus will be open during the following hours.
In addition, lunch boxes will be sold at Grand Mart Ridai (convenience store) during the meeting period.
Depending on the corona virus infection situation, operating hours may be shortened.

[Smoking]

Smoking is prohibited in the campus. E-cigarettes are also completely non-smoking. Please also refrain from smoking around the gates and borders with the university grounds (near the east gate bus stop, near the main gate bus stop). We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[Cash Machine / ATM]

(1) A1 Building 1F (Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, weekdays 9:00-17:00)
(2) C3 Building 1F (Japan Post Bank, weekdays 9:00-18:00)

[Car Parking Space]

We do not accept visitors coming by private car. If you wish to park for the disabled, please notify the meeting headquarters in advance.

[Wheelchair]

Only A1 Building is wheelchair accessible of the lecture halls, (A4 and A5 Buildings do not have an elevator). If you need assistance, please contact the meeting headquarters.

[Nursery Room]

A temporary nursery room will be set up during the meeting period. Please visit the website if you wish to use the nursery services.
