The General Reception / Meeting Headquarters will be set up at the General Education Building No. 3 (B1 floor) interchange space.
Please be sure to inform the meeting headquarters or the nearest executive committee member / part-time worker.
Smoking is prohibited in the campus except for smoking areas (north side of Building No. 1, General Education Building). Thank you for your cooperation.
During the meeting period (September 17th to 20th) the cafeteria, shops and service counters on the campus are open as follows. In addition, lunch boxes are also available during the period.

eduroam connection:
If you have an eduroam account, you can connect to a wireless LAN without any procedures at the meeting venue. Please contact the person in charge in your institution on how to get an eduroam account. As a precaution, please make sure that you can connect to eduroam at your institution in advance. If your institution participates in the academic authentication federation [ (GakuNin)], you can use the eduroam temporarily using the "eduroam JP Authentication Linkage ID Service", (https://federated-id.eduroam.jp/)
General wireless LAN connection:
An account for visitors to Yamagata University will be distributed at the general reception.
(1) University Hall entrance (Yamagata Bank, Kirayaka Bank, Shonai Bank, weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00)
(2) University Hall west side (Japan Post Bank, weekdays from 9:00-18:00)
There are no parking spaces on the campus, so please refrain from coming by private car.
All buildings in the venue have wheelchair ramps. In addition, there is a wheelchair elevator next to the General Education Building No. 3 to move up and down the slope between the No. 1 and No. 3 building. Please contact the meeting headquarters for assistance.
A temporary nursery room will be open during the meeting period. Please visit the website if you wish to use the nursery services.
Civic Science Lecture will be held on September 21st (Saturday) at Yamagata Terrsa Hall.
This lecture is for the general public, junior and high school students and their teachers, however members are also welcome to attend.
