  AED are installed at the buildings illustrated on the site information map.
[Safety and Hygiene Health Center]
 The center staff will take an emergency measure and will introduce neighborhood Hospital, etc. If you need a help, please ask at the information counter. Please refer to the site information map (page 6) as to the place.

[Shops and Convenience Stores]
 The following shops will be open during the meeting period.
Co-op Shop 11:00-16:00 (Shop will be closed on 22nd and 24th, Sept.) Bread, drinks, lunch box, sweets, books, stationery, PC supplies, daily necessaries
[Waste Separation]
 There are 4 kinds of garbage, i.e., common garbage, plastic, plastic bottle and bottles/cans . We ask for your cooperation.
[Vending Machine]
  Vending machines are installed around the meeting site. Please refer to the Site Information.
[Wireless LAN]
 Wireless LAN will be available by eduroam (http://www.eduroam.jp/) and at WiFi access points.
The issuance of the account to use eduroam by your university is needed to use the service. For details, pleas access to the homepage above.
You may connect to the Internet to the commercial provider at the WiFi access points. And anyone can use WiFi by exclusive SSID and password during the meeting.
[Copying Service]
 Copying service will be available at co-op shop or at convenient stores.
[Public Telephones]
 The installation site of public telephones are indicated on the site information map (page 6). The public telephone is installed at Faculty of Engineering bldg. 1F only at the University.
[Mailbox]
 There is a post office approximately 400 meters from the university front gate to the east. And there is a mailbox in front of University Secretariat Bldg. The stamp will be available at co-op shop or at convenience stores.
The site of post office, convenience stores, co-op shop, mailbox are indicated on the Site Information map.
[Delivery Service]
 Delivery service is available at co-op shop or at convenience stores.
[ATM]
 The ATM of Japan Post Bank is installed near the entrance of co-op restaurant. The service hours are 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays only. There are ATMs of Miyazaki Taiyo Bank and Miyazaki Bank around the post office. And ATMs of convenience stores are also available.
[Car Parking Space]
 You can use the parking spaces, however, please do not park vehicles at spaces for exclusive use of the designated cars.
You cannot park out of parking space.
[Wheelchair Access]
 There are restrooms for wheelchairs, elevators and slopes, etc. are equipped at all buildings for presentation. For details, please refer to the floor plan.
[Day Nursery]
 A temporary day nursery will be open during the meeting period. Please visit the website if you desire to use day nursery services in advance.
[Smoking]
 Smoking is permitted only at the designated areas in the campus. We ask for your cooperation.
[Civic Scientific Lecture]
 Civic Scientific Lecture will be held on Sept. 25 (Sun.) at Tenzui Hall, Seagaia Convention Center (4F). It is a lecture for the citizens including junior and senior high school students and their teachers, but we also welcome the participation of the members.
