[General Reception]

The General Reception will be set up at the lobby on the 2nd floor of West 1 Building (School of Science building).

[Meeting Headquarters]

The annual meeting headquarters will be set up at the Lecture Room of West 1 Building.
For any troubles occurred in the venue, please call directly to the headquarters.

Please be sure to inform the Headquarters.
(We will serve you at the General Reception and we are also accepting calls.)

[Smoking Area]

The campus is non-smoking except for designated smoking areas. We appreciate for your cooperation.

[Baggage Deposit/Claim Counter]

Baggage Deposit Counter will be provided during the meeting period. Please deposit a carry bag or suitcase (things packed properly).
Baggage deposit counter: General reception (West 1 Building (School of Science building) 2nd floor lobby)
Baggage deposit/keeping date: 4 days from the first day to the last day (from the opening of the general reception until the end of the last day session)

Fee: 300 yen per one luggage
Note: Valuables cannot be deposited.

[Post Office / ATM]

- Center Zone: there is an ATM of Nishi-Nippon City Bank and Fukuoka Bank.
- West Zone: there is an ATM of Fukuoka Bank and Japan Post Bank.
- East Zone: there is an ATM of Nishi-Nippon City Bank and Fukuoka Bank.
- ATM can be used at each LAWSON and Kyudai Cooperative convenience stores.

[Public Telephone]

Public phone is located at the 1st floor of West 4 Building.

[Car Parking Space]

Coming by car are not allowed. Those who wish to park for handicapped people, please contact the Headquarters in advance (080-1364-8946, 090-5994-9616).

[Wheelchair]

Elevators are available at all lecture halls.

[Nursery Room]

A temporary nursery room will be open during the meeting period. Please visit the website, if you wish to use the nursery services.

[Junior Session]

The Presentation of the physics study by junior and senior high school students will be held at Inamori Hall on March 17th (Sun.). Members are also welcome to visit the venue.

[Equipments / Books / Career Path Exhibition]

During the meeting, exhibitions by the companies and or other organizations will be held at West 1 Building Entrance Hall where the General reception is located.

[Internet Access]

Connection with eduroam: If you have a eduroam account, you can connect to the wireless LAN without the procedures at the meeting venue.
To obtain eduroam account, please contact the person in charge of your institution. Just a precaution, please make sure you can connect to eduroam in advance at your institution. If your institution is participating in an academic authentication federation (GakuNin), and if you want to use the eduroam temporarily, you can use the "eduroam JP authentication collaboration ID service" (https://federated-id.eduroam.jp/) General wireless LAN connection: If you do not have eduroam account, an account for Kyushe University Visitor will be distributed at the general reception.

[Civic Scientific Lecture]

Civic Scientific Lecture will be held on March 16th (Sat.) at Shiiki Hall. It is a lecture for the citizens including junior and senior high school students and their faculty members, but we also welcome the participation of the members.

Cafeteria, Restaurant and Shop open during the meeting at the campus are as follows.
