[General Reception]
 The General Reception will be set up at the Science Studio A on the 1st floor of the Experimental Building I (Science Commons) of the Center for Education in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
[Headquarters]
 The Headquarters will be set up in the Seminar Room B on the 2nd floor of the Center for Education in Liberal Arts and Sciences General Building I (Student Commons).
For any troubles occurred in the venue, please call directly to the headquarters. And from this annual meeting, please do not tell troubles that occurred at the Lecture Hall to the Lecture Hall staff, but please call directly to the headquarters.

[Injury or illness Occurrence]
 Please be sure to inform the Headquarters. (We will serve you at the General Reception and we are also accepting calls.)
On March 17th (Friday), the Osaka University Health Center Toyonaka Main Room will be available. (9:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 17:00)
[Smoking]
 The campus is smoking cessation in principle. Smoking is permitted only at the smoking booth. Please refrain from smoking at public roads around the campus, because it will be nuisance to neighboring people.

[Restaurants and Shops]
 Cafeteria and Kiosks open during the event meeting at the campus are as follows.



*1 A cafe offering only drinks (such as coffee) and snacks (pasta, sandwiches, baked bread).
*2 Bentou / lunch box are sold at 4 locations in the campus. Please refer to the venue information map the location where to buy. Please note that the store will be closed after the bentou / lunch box were being sold out within the business hours.
[Baggage Deposit/Claim Counter]
 Baggage Deposit Counter will be provided during the meeting period. Please deposit a carry bag or suitcase (things packed properly).

[Post Office]
 The post office is located near the S Venue (1st floor of the school of International Public Policy Building) inside the Osaka University Toyonaka campus. Opening hours are from 9 o'clock to 17 o'clock (weekdays only).
[ATM]
 Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's ATM is located outside at the Restaurant 2 (Welfare Building). Business hours are from 8:45 to 19:00 (weekdays), from 9:00 to 17:00 (Saturday). Japan Post Bank ATM is located at the main entrance on the first floor of the Headquarters and at the entrance of the post office of Toyonaka campus. Business hours are from 9:00 to 19:00 (weekdays), from 9:00 to 17:00 (Saturday).
[Photocopy Machine]
 It is located in the space between the Restaurant 4 (Library lower dining hall) and the Kiosk. There is one cash-only designated machine and two copy card designated machines, copy cards can be purchased at the shop next to the photocopier space. Business hours are from 11:00 to 19:00 (weekdays), from 11:00 to 14:00 (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
[Public Telephone]
 Located near the entrance of A Venue, and in front of the Main Gate.
[Car Parking Space]
 There is no car parking space for general participants. General visitor's vehicle cannot also enter inside the Osaka University Toyonaka campus. Since there is no parking space nearby the vicinity, please use public transportation.

 Public telephones are installed at the lobby of Bldg. No. 2, at Main Gate and at East Gate.
[Car Parking Space]
 Car parking spaces for the participants are not available. Please use public transport or shuttle-bus services from Izumi-Chuo station. Shuttle-bus stop is located near Kita (North)-2 Exit (along with the road between station and ward office) and at the road in front of Bldg. No. 1. Please refer to Access Information and to site map.
[Wheelchair]
 Although entry and exits using wheelchairs can be possible at all lecture halls, access to B Venue 11, C Venue, D Venue, H Venue 31 is complicated. If you need guidance / assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Headquarters (090-9012-4609, 090-5424-9718).

[Nursery Room]
 A temporary nursery room will be open during the meeting period. Please visit the website if you wish to use the nursery services.
[Junior Session]
 The presentation of the physics study by junior and senior high school students will be held at the Osaka University Hall on March 18 (Sat.). Members are also welcome to visit the venue. For details, please refer to page 14, and to page 153~ for the program).
[Exhibition]
 During the meeting, exhibitions by th companies and other organizations will be held on the 1st and 2nd floor of the B Venue (see page 26 for details).
[Internet Access]
 Connection with eduroam: If you have an eduroam account, you can connect to the wireless LAN without the procedures at the meeting venue.
To obtain eduroam account, please contact the person in charge of your institution. Just a precaution, please make sure you can connect to eduroam in advance at your institution. If your institution is participating in an academic authentication federation, and if you want to use the eduroam temporarily, you can use the pseudonym account issuance service eduroam-shib (https://eduroamshib.nii.ac.jp/guide.html)
General wireless LAN connection: If you do not have eduroam account, an account for Osaka University Visitor will be distributed at the general reception.
[Civic Scientific Lecture]
 Civic Scientific Lecture will be held on Sunday, March 19th, at the Ikeda City Culture Hall (Azalea Hall). It is a lecture for the citizens including junior and senior high school students and their faculty members, but we also welcome the participation of the members.
[Announcement for Osaka Science Museum Admission Discount]
 Admission fee of 20% will be discounted at the Osaka Municipal Science Museum (Nakanoshima, North Ward, Osaka City) by presenting the meeting participation voucher. However, it will be from March 16th until March 20th.
