[General Reception]
The General Reception will be set up at the entrance of Building No.4, Building B 1st floor.
Reception hour: 8:30-16:00 (the last day ends at 13:00, afterwards it will be handled at the meeting headquarters).
[Meeting Headquarters]
The meeting headquarters will be installed in the 4B12 Room, 1st floor at Building No.4.

[Separation of Garbage]
It is necessary to separate garbage like plastic container packaging (pet bottle label, etc.), dirty plastic container packaging (lunch box etc.), plastic bottles (cap and label should be separated), bottles, cans and paper waste into incineration garbage. Please cooperate in the sorting of garbage.

In order to use eduroam, you need to have an eduroam account issued in your institution/university in advance.

Just to make sure, please confirm that you can connect to eduroam in your institution/university in advance.
If in case your institution does not participate in eduroam, we will issue a valid account to be used during the meeting, so please inquire at the reception desk.
[Photocopy Service]
You can purchase a photocopy card to be able to use the photocopy machine at Utsunomiya University Co-op Purchasing Department. You can also use the photocopy machines that are usually installed in convenience stores.

There is a Post Office in the northeastern corner of the University campus. Post Office location is as described on the Venue Information Map
[Delivery Service]
Please use Utsunomiya University Co-op Purchasing Department and convenience store. It is also possible to receive a baggage at a PUDO station installed near the convenience store and post office.
[ATM]
Campus ATM machines are as follows. Please see the Venue Information Map for the detailed location.
- Ashikaga Bank (Regional Bank): located near the entrance of the 1st floor of UU Plaza on the main gate.
- Tochigi Bank (Second Regional Bank): located near the entrance of the University Hall 1st floor.
- Japan Post Bank: located near the entrance on the 1st floor of the University Hall and in the Post Office of the campus northeastern corner.
- Aeon Bank: located in the convenience store at the campus northeast corner
[Parking Area]
There is no parking area for visitor. And there is no parking area around the campus, so please refrain from coming to the venue by private car.
[Wheelchair]
A slope is installed at the entrance of the building with lecture hall. In addition, wheelchair toilets, elevators, slopes, etc. are installed in all the buildings that will be the lecture halls. For details, please refer to the Venue Map. Access to the T21 Venue is detouring and use of an elevator is required to enter T21 Venue. If you need guidance/assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the meeting headquarters.
[Nursery Room]
We will set up a temporary nursery room during the meeting. Application is pre-registration system. If you wish to register, please visit the autumn meeting homepage.
[Smoking Area]
The university is a non-smoking campus besides the smoking designated areas. For the location of the Smoking area please refer to the Venue Information Map (page 6). Smoking on public roads near the venue will be a nuisance to the surrounding, so please refrain from smoking.
[Injury and Illness Occurrence]
Please contact first the meeting headquarters, nearest executive committee or part time worker. For emergency measures and referral of nearby hospitals/medical institutions, the meeting headquarters and Health Administration Center will do.
