Application Fee
As of last year, payment is made by credit card, so there will be no invoice mailed to you. Please download and print your own invoice from the web.
Payment instructions will be emailed to you by the end of July.
For registration of co-presenters, please use the invoice from the web individually, as we now accept credit card payment.
More details will be announced in the conference announcement and website in the future.

Registration Fee (Speaker, Joint Presenter)
1) The payment amount required for one paper submission for the speaker and 1 joint presenter. (For joint presenters in multiple papers, only one paper will be requested for the payment.)
2) Registration fee will be exempted if you are/will become a member of "Proceedings reservation subscribers (individual) The Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan (subscription fee for a year JPY4,950)" by the deadline date of application. Please click here.
Participation Fee (Speaker)
1) Participation fee includes zip(download) of lecture papers.
2) Speakers will be required to pay the total amount of the combined registration and participation fee.
3) For joint presenters who wish to apply in advance, please refer to the July issue for information on how to apply.
