Instruction Manual
Please go through procedure by following steps using each button on the URL which we sent you by the e-mail "Reminder for ICSJ2018 paper submission due and IEEE copyright form (xxxx)" on August 3.
STEP1: Submit your manuscript

As described in following site, authors are requested to submit a proceeding of four PAGES (regular session) or two PAGES (ECR session) by IEEE PDF eXpress.
The conference ID is "44183XP".


You can find ICSJ2018 word format from above website.
The PDF file must be checked and passed in the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
In order to submit your uploaded file to the conference, please don't
forget to click on the "Approve for Collection" link.
The status should change from "File(s) Converted - PDF available" to
"Approved for Collection".

Deadline: Sept. 7th

** Important notice **
- If the deadline is missed, your manuscript will NOT be published in the IEEE eXplorer.

STEP2: Update the Author information for Copyright Transfer

After you submitted the manuscript in IEEE PDF eXpress, please update the paper information, "title" and "author name".
These information will be used for copyright transfer process, so please note that there must be no failure.

Deadline: Sept. 7th

STEP3: Copyright Submission

After you finished the "STEP2", you can submit your copyright using eCF site.

Deadline: Sept. 7th

STEP4: Update the Proceeding Submission Status

After you finished the "STEP1", "STEP2", and "STEP3", please update the proceeding submission status.
If you are 35 years old or younger, check "Yes" for Young Award eligibility.
(You should be the 1st author or a presenter.)

STEP5: Fill in the Biography

STEP6: Upload of presentation slides (PDF)

In the ICSJ2018, you can have additional 15 minutes discussion time called as “Author's Interview” after your session. In the same manner as the poster session, presentation slides are put on the board, and more detail discussion can be done individually.
