磁化のダイナミクスを考慮した電磁界解析 ‐磁性膜中の磁場変化‐

Recently, energy-saving devices such as magnetic logic circuits and magnetic random-access memory play an important role [1]. To design and verify these devices, analysis of electromagnetic fields in magnetic material is indispensable. In this paper, multiphysics simulations of Maxwell’s equations and Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation are performed considering the dynamics of magnetization [2]. We will discuss distribution of the magnetic field and how to express nonlinear effects.
