電磁界解析における有限領域差分法の計算精度

The FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain) method and the FDFD (Finite-Difference Frequency-Domain) method are popular FD methods in computational electromagnetics and commonly used for optical response analysis as Finite-Difference Method. In this paper, we compare the FDTD method and the FDFD using FILT method on the computational accuracy for the scattering problem of two dimensional cylinders.
