A Study of Fog Failure on IoT Application by Various Numbers of Fog Nodes

Fog node failure on a Fog-based IoT application makes a lot of sensors disconnected to the system. That could reduce the system performance. We propose the method to design a fog node placement and recovery missing sensor data. We then show how a number of fog nodes impact the system efficiency when the failure happens.
