Analysis of Responses for Metallic Nano-Cylinder Chains - Vibration Direction of Electron and Peak Wavelength-

Recently, it is realized to propagate light energy in nano region beyond diffraction limit by arrangement of minute metallic cylinders and localized surface plasmons. Using cylindrical chains, the size of plasmonic waveguides and light antennas, can be reduced. In this report, we investigate wavelength responses of plasmonic resonances in LSP transmission modes and control the resonance to change the cross section of the elliptical cylinders.
