Computational Accuracy of the CIP Method for Electromagnetic Scattering Analysis - Comparison with Reference Solutions Obtained by FILT -

The Constrained Interpolation Profile (CIP) method is promising for high accuracy analysis. In this paper, we solve the advection equation for electromagnetic waves using the CIP method and simulate scattering from dielectric cylinder. Compared with reliable reference solutions obtained by numerical inversion of Laplace transform computational accuracy will be discussed.
