磁化のダイナミクスを考慮したFDTD法による電磁界解析

Recently, energy-saving devices such as magnetic logic circuits and magnetic random-access memory play an important role. To design and verify these devices, analysis of electromagnetic fields in magnetic material is indispensable. In this paper, multiphysics simulations of Maxwell’s equations and Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation are performed considering the dynamics of magnetization. We will discuss distribution of the magnetic field and the rotation of the plane of polarization.
