Students in rural areas are still deprived from modern educational system. In this paper, we talk about an approach of providing e-learning facilities to the students in those rural areas. For this, e-learning facilities with continuous supply of electricity is discussed here so as to provide stable wireless network. Each school, a single node consists of Energy management system to stabilize the electricity supply for powering electrical devices (routers, computers etc). Thus this approach can enhance the availability of wireless network which can reliably support e-learning services on those schools and minimize the digital divide that exists.
