TRANSMISSION SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE BASED MICROFLUIDIC PLATFORM FOR BIOSENSOR APPLICATIONS

The microfluidic based transmission surface plasmon resonance constructed by assemble of gold-coated grating substrate with a microchannel were employed for glucose sensor application. The detection limit of this system for glucose detection was 50 mg/dL. This practical platform represented a high possibility to further develop a point-of-care assay for biosensor applications.
