光制御パルス対を用いた疑1次元系単一電子の光スイッチング制御

In this paper we focused on a system of an electron confined in quasi-one-dimensional nanostructure and studied the light-controlled switching for the electronic states by a pair of light control pulses whose first pulse excites the electron and the second pulse returns it to the initial state. The results indicated that a pair of pulses obtained by the conventional scheme could not do stable switching in the target system while our designed pulse could do in an ultrafast femtosecond time scale.
