太陽光発電有効利用のための当日予測に基づく蓄電池を利用した電力系統需給運用

In this study, we propose and evaluate a charge and discharge scheduling method for a battery energy storage system (BESS) based on the day-ahead and intraday PV generation forecasts for a reduction in the PV curtailment. The BESS is used in the economic-load dispatching control (EDC) in the power system, which considers the unit commitment (UC) of conventional power generators. Numerical simulations are carried out to evaluate the proposed method assuming a power system model of the Kanto area of Japan.
