永久磁石同期電動機のセンサレス速度制御下におけるフレーム振動抑制制御法

In some applications, frame vibrations can represent significant noise problems. In earlier literature, several solutions are presented based on additional sensors and advanced control techniques. However, since the use of sensors has negative aspects such as cost, size and so on, the techniques without any additional sensors would be preferable. In this paper, a novel sensorless anti-vibration system for PMSM-driven applications including Specific Component Reduction System (SCRS) is proposed, which is utilizing repetitive controller with Fourier Series (FS). Since the repetitive controller has large gain at desired frequency and multiples of it, the conventional system amplifies high frequency noise. On the other hand, SCRS is hard to amplify the noise, because it learns specific Fourier coefficients to generate compensation signal. Experimental results show effectiveness of the proposed system.
