Rooms are blocked at Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba and Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal for the conference. The conference participants (registrants, potential registrants, persons accompanying registrants, exhibitors and the conference staff) are invited to the ICEM2010 on-line reservation sites provided by the hotel, to make their own hotel booking:　

 

 

• * Any unreserved rooms will be released after September 15.
• * The ICEM2010 conference organizers are not responsible for any violations of any ordinances, and all other claims of losses, costs, and damages arising from the attendee's occupancy at any of the hotels.
• * If you are not participating in ICEM2010, please leave the sites.
