General papers
To debate on thesis in Japanese or English, there are oral sessions and poster sessions. Excellent research presented by young researchers (under 26 years as of April 1, 2010) is the headquarters commended as excellent papers announcement Award A. In addition, which follows this excellent paper, will be rewarded for industrial application sector best thesis presentation award from section.

Young engineer poster competition
It should be only unreleased research by person who takes the lead in the work. It is at graduation thesis or study in the research results in the graduate school, or company. The presenter of excellent research will be invited to dinner and at the venue will be awarded best presentation award. Audience is first on the list who under 26 years (as of April 1, 2010), but not subject to screening past winners and agency publications.

Register speaker on Web site. The speaker is accepted as advance registration, so please pay fee in advance. Also, advance register for non-speakers of General participant (including associate members, student members), meeting, print version proceedings, and additional CD-ROM version proceedings all advanced registration on Web site.

Speech application notes
General session, YPC, and organized session speaker is either electrical society member or member of the sponsoring society. Non-members should register soon. One person is for only one lecture, but other lecture papers as a co-author to participate in.
