As soon as exhibitor application receipt, invoice will be sent from the Committee. Please pay within 1 month. Other costs will be charged after company's exhibit

| (1) | The receiving application in multiple booths also. Please fill out the number of required booths on application form. |
| (2) | Booth, exhibition stand (with a white cross), and power will be prepared by organizers. |
| (3) | Production of exhibits and transported, setting, and removal, etc. are Exhibitor's expense. |
| (4) | Some changes may occur on a part of the guidelines for booth, etc owing to circumstances. If there is any change, contact to each exhibitors sooner. |
| (5) | After application, booth allocation is determined by organizers in consideration for exhibits type, shape, weight, etc, and will be notify each exhibitor. Please note, no Exhibitor Briefing. |
| (6) | Cancellation of Exhibitor registration is not accepted only due to accident permitted by organizers. |
| (7) | Please not that exhibitor have responsibility for management of each exhibit, so compensation is not liable for any damages during the exhibition period of theft, loss, fire and damage exhibit. |
