風力用10 MW HTS発電機の電気設計検討

A conceptual structure of 10 MW salient-pole wind turbine HTS generators (WTHG) is proposed to cater to the modern society needs of large-scale generators used for the off-shore wind power systems which are environmentally friendly. And a novel electrical design method is developed. Besides the flow chart of the design method is shown, and each step included in the flow chart is introduced concisely. What’s more, an optimized design parameter of the stator outer diameter is determined based on its effects on the basic performance of WTHG (including the weight, HTS length and efficiency) according to the design method. Lastly, the design results of several 10 MW wind turbine generators including WTHG operating at 77 K, 68 K and 50 K, and the conventional copper generator, are given and compared. It is found that the electrical design study is a very meaningful work for the practical application.
