In recent years new water treatment technology is required due to the industrial development which contributed to the water pollution. Microplasma can be generated at low discharge at low discharge voltage and requires a small size reactor. Our microplasma is generated at atmospheric pressure between a pair of electrode covered with dielectric layer and faced together with a spacer of 100 µm. Indigo carmine was chosen as the target to be decomposed. Microplasma electrodes were placed small distance above the water thus active species and radicals are flown by the gas towards the water surface to react with the target to be decomposed.
